Payment methods

We can issue a PDF invoice and send it to your e-mail address. Payment is made via your bank using the invoice details.

Available for: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and other European Union countries.

You can pay for your order via online banking by selecting your country and bank from the list below.

You can also choose to pay in instalments — KlixPay by Citadele.

Available for: Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia (if this option is shown at checkout).

Delivery via Omniva is available in the Baltic countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.

Same-day dispatch: if payment is received by 12:00 (local time).

Delivery time within Latvia: approximately 1–3 business days.

For other EU countries, delivery is handled by Venipak courier service.

The delivery fee depends on the destination country and is calculated at checkout.

You may return the product within 14 days after receiving your order.

Returns are handled in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

Important: the condition of the product and completeness (packaging, accessories, documents — if applicable).

Online bank payment — available according to the bank list for Latvia / Estonia / Lithuania.

Omniva — delivery in the Baltics; same-day dispatch if paid by 12:00; Latvia 1–3 days.
Venipak — delivery to other EU countries; price depends on destination.
Returns — within 14 days after delivery, according to Latvian law; via the website return form.
